GifTender had the absolute pleasure of curating Yele’s private birthday dinner, an elegant, intimate celebration held at the sophisticated The Art Hotel Lagos. With a guest list of 17 close friends and family members, the event was designed to feel both luxurious and deeply personal.
The Challenge
Yele wanted a luxurious experience to mark his birthday with his friends and family.
Our Solution
Our team provided full-service event planning and coordination, managing every detail from concept to execution to reflect Yele’s unique taste and style. To ensure a smooth guest experience, we utilized the Invites App for tracking invitations, sending personalized messages, and managing RSVPs in real time.
The Result
The evening was further enhanced with the creation of a digital album, allowing guests to seamlessly upload and access cherished photos and videos from the celebration. The ambiance was warm and thoughtfully styled, the flow of the evening effortless, and the entire experience stress-free for the celebrant.
